Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to
join our HR Tech team as a Trainee - HR Tech. This role will provide an
excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable experience
in the field, with a primary focus on learning, introducing new technologies,
Supporting Implementations and managing the applications.
Key Responsibility
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for systems
implementation.
2. System Configuration: Learn to configure
and customize system platforms based on organizational requirements.
3. Project Support & Systems
availability: Contribute to the development of project plans by assisting
in task identification and timelines.
4. Training and User Support: Assist in
conducting training sessions for end-users and function staff on system
functionality.
5. Data Migration Assistance: Assist in
executing data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
6. Testing Support (UAT): Assist in
coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders.
7. Documentation Assistance
8. Manage the systems post - go live
Qualification
Graduation : BE / B.Tech/ BCA / BCS and Post
Graduation : MCA / MCS / MCM
